About your art instructor
I'm Ciara and I'm a fine and contemporary art tutor with years of teaching experience. I earned a BFA at Rhode Island School of Design, studied towards a masters degree at Yale University (and worked as a jewelry designer, as well). I love to teach and I’m passionate about helping each of my students become better, more confident artists.
I’ve had the honor and joy of helping many students grow as artists or start a new hobby, as well as apply to and get accepted to some of the best art schools in the US. My teaching style is a blend of Socratic method, incorporating fun, but challenging exercises and projects. My students leave my lessons proud of their hard work and their artwork.
